SATURDAY 15TH DECEMBER 2018 - Three Lookouts and a Peak

Hi Trailers,

Goodness! Where did the year go? Here we are planning the LAST SORTIE OF THE YEAR for Table Mountain Trailers and THE YEAR-END BREAKFAST!

The route will be our good ol' Three Lookouts and Peak loop at Silvermine, starting and finishing at the dam. Family and friends are most welcome to come and join us at the end for a picnic breakfast and - if the weather is good - a dip in the cool, fresh water. SANParks has come to the party (excuse the pun!) and reduced its tariffs for locals.

Rendezvous and start time
Meet at Silvermine dam car park - through Gate 1 - ready to start running at 7.30am. The gate opens at 7am and there is usually a long traffic jam. Please arrive at the gate early so that you don't get stuck! Route briefing will be at 7:20am.

Terrain & Distance
This route is made up of jeep track and single track. The main group will cover about 10km in roughly 2 hours.

What to bring
Water, whistlea space blanket and your ICE information. It is getting warmer these mornings so please don’t forget to put on sunblock before you leave home.
Also cozzie, towel and a picnic for afterwards.

Please note that TMT unfortunately does not welcome dogs on its runs.
