TABLE MOUNTAIN TRAILERS K-WAY VOB TRAIL RUNNING: CLARIFICATION NOTE OUR EARLIER WEEKLY EMAIL

Please note that the two Saturday trail runs:

  • Tim's Longer Distance Run and
  • Table Mountain Trailers

which are normally organised under the umbrella of the K-Way VOB Running Club, are being organised independently of the club until further notice and not under the banner of K-Way VOB.

K-Way VOB Running Club has officially suspended all of its training runs, socials, events and time trials until they are sure that circumstances permit them to be conducted in a safe manner bearing in mind the COVID 19 pandemic.

So the above two runs are being organised independently by the run coordinators involved.  Having said this, the coordinators will ensure that all reasonable measures are taken to protect the health of all participants in terms of the current recommendations surrounding the coronavirus and also considering the normal dangers of trail running.  The viability of the runs will be re-assessed weekly.

All participants must understand that they are participating voluntarily, entirely of their own accord and are assuming the risks involved willingly.  The organisers cannot be held liable for any harm that arises.
