TABLE MOUNTAIN TRAILERS Saturday 11 April - Newlands Forest, Newlands Ravine, Oppelskop, returning via Queens Blockhouse

Morning Trailers
This Saturday 11 April @ 7 am we run from Newlands Forest, up Newlands Ravine to Oppelskop returning via Queens Blockhouse.

Starting from Cedar Road Subway @ Newlands Forest we head straight up Newlands Ravine over the saddle and down to Oppelskop . From here we take the alternative route to Tafelberg Road, then head down to Queens Blockhouse and back to the start where we can cheer on the Ultra Marathon runners.

Important Notes: 
Dress in weather appropriate and proper trail running gear. Must include a proper windproof (waterproof if raining) jacket.
Carry plenty of water and energy snacks.
You are running voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
