A good turnout of 29 with a slight delay due to the non arrival of the gate guard. But a substitute eventually arrived and after the usual briefing by Richard we split into the three groups with Richard leading the Main Group, Dawn the Recovery Group and Fay her walking group.
Weather was good with some sunshine although on the more exposed sections of the run a chill wind was present.
All in all a great run with Thanks to Richard and Dawn who planned and managed it.
