This Saturday 14^th February 2026 we will be joining Grant and his group – see attached flyer

 

Rendezvous and Start Time

RV in the parking area Newlands Forest at 6h00

 

Please note – there will be no official relaxed group or walking group

 

Please bring:

A whistle, WATER  a warm & waterproof/windproof top, space blanket and ICE (In case of Emergency) tag or card.

 

Unfortunately no dogs are allowed on our runs.
