Route
We will run the greenbelts, including the Alphen trail, Klaasenbosch Trail and the Diep River Trail. An extra loop can be added in Cecilia forest to give some extra distance.
Rendezvous and start time
Meet at 7.20am in the Constantia Sports complex parking area ready to run at 7.30am. Enter the sports complex (at the Brommersvlei/Constantia Rd intersection), and park on the left-hand side as you enter.
