On Saturday we are going to explore Newlands Forest  starting from Zoo Parking

The sun is getting up earlier! Park at Zoo parking at 7am. Ready to start running at 7h15 am.

Terrain & Distance

The route is a combination of jeep track and single track 14kms

Walking Group to be confirmed on Friday  

What to bring 

Water, appropriate clothes for cold, windy, or wet weather, whistle, a space blanket and your ICE information

Please check the weather before you set off from home and pack the appropriate waterproof/warm gear.

Please note that TMT unfortunately does not allow dogs on its runs.

  • Please carry emergency contact numbers in your bag or on your wrist/shoe
  • If you are not well, please stay at home
