Tomorrow’s run is ON predicted weather looks quite breezy so come prepared


Route

 

We may make changes to the route in the morning, but expect about 15 km, with just under 800 m of elevation  Thinking about 3 hours

Rendezvous and start time

RV in the Constantia Nek/ Sanparks parking area ready to start running  at 07:30

Terrain and distance

Some jeep track, some steep climbs, rock scrambling and some very runnable parts

 


Groups
This is a pack run with regular regroups, we may split into speed groups

Dogs
Please note that  Totalsports VOB club rules do not permit dogs on our runs.

What to bring
Water, whistle, warm/windproof top depending on weather, space blanket, ICE ID - either on your phone, bracelet/tag, card in your backpack.

Important: Please remember to look behind you at every turn in the route to make sure the people behind you see which way you are going.   
Leaders of each group will ensure that no-one is left behind. Please keep the groups together and ensure that no-one is left on their own.
