Tomorrow’s run is on. Weather looks good for running with a moderate breeze.
Rendezvous and start time
We will meet at 7.20 am, ready to start running at 7.30 am
Meeting point will be on the corner of Orpen Road and Dennendal West Avenue, Tokai – it’s on the corner with the ribbons. You can park in Dennedal West Avenue next to the forest, but please be mindful where you park and not to block driveways etc See attached photo for meeting point
What to bring
Water, whistle, warm/windproof top, rain jacket - weather dependent, space blanket, ICE ID - either on your phone, bracelet/tag, card in your backpack.
Please make sure that you are carrying the right equipment, enough food and water.
Important: Please remember to look behind you at every turn in the route to make sure the people behind you see which way you are going. Please keep together and ensure that no-one is left on their own.
PS Sorry no dogs allowed on VOB runs
